The Service

SimpleInvoicely provides invoicing and inventory management tools for distributors, wholesalers, and SMEs. Core invoicing features are free; inventory and reporting features require a paid subscription.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Enable two-factor authentication for additional security.

Payments

Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan and billing cycle. Payments you collect from your own customers pass directly through your connected payment gateway account -- we do not hold or process your customers' funds.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Data Ownership

You own your business data. You may export it at any time, including after subscription expiry or account closure.

Limitation of Liability

SimpleInvoicely is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
