Free, Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise, each unlocking more of the full feature list shown on the pricing page; from core invoicing on Free up to multi-store inventory, reporting, and priority support on Enterprise. See the pricing page for the full breakdown of what each plan includes.
No. Every organization that existed before the expanded plan lineup keeps every feature it already had access to, permanently, on any plan it moves to afterward. Only new signups are subject to the new plan boundaries from day one.
Yes. Contact us from the pricing page and we'll work out a feature mix and rate tailored to your business, applied to your account directly rather than a fixed plan.
Connect your own Paystack or Flutterwave account in Settings. Your customers pay you directly; we never touch your money.
Only the person who signs up and creates the account. Staff members added afterward don't need to verify anything; it's just a safeguard so the account owner doesn't lose access to their own account.
You can still invoice and get paid. Add your bank account details in Settings, and they will show on your invoices as a manual payment option until you connect Paystack or Flutterwave.
Go to Staff & Roles and invite them by email. You decide exactly what each role can do, view stock, edit stock, create invoices, record payments, view reports, manage other staff, and more, all independently toggleable. Nobody gets more access than you give them.
A credit note reduces what a customer owes without touching the original invoice. Use it for a partial return (some items came back, not the whole order), a billing correction (you overcharged, or applied the wrong price or tax), or a goodwill adjustment. It creates a credit balance for the customer, which shows up against their outstanding balance and future invoices; it doesn't refund money directly. If instead the entire sale should never have happened, void the invoice.
It is optional for every account and can be turned on any time from your profile settings. We recommend it, especially for anyone who can record payments or manage staff.
Yes, as long as it hasn't been voided. Open it and choose Edit to change the line items, reason, or restock choice; the customer's credit balance and any stock movement update automatically to match. Once voided, a credit note is final and can't be edited or un-voided; issue a new one instead.
