Yes. Every invoice, receipt, and waybill gets its own private share link. Your customer opens it, sees the details, and can pay directly if you have online payments set up. No account or login required on their side.

Yes. Set a customer's own currency once, then choose per invoice whether to convert at a rate you supply. Your own internal records always stay in Naira either way, so your reporting is never affected.

A voided invoice is never deleted. It stays in your records marked as void, along with the reason you gave, so your history and audit trail stay intact.

No. Online payments go through your own Paystack or Flutterwave account, connected in Settings. The money goes straight to you, we never touch it.

You can still invoice and get paid. Add your bank account details in Settings, and they will show on your invoices as a manual payment option until you connect Paystack or Flutterwave.

Go to Staff & Roles and invite them by email. You decide exactly what each role can do, view stock, edit stock, create invoices, record payments, view reports, manage other staff, and more, all independently toggleable. Nobody gets more access than you give them.

It is optional for every account and can be turned on any time from your profile settings. We recommend it, especially for anyone who can record payments or manage staff.

Yes, on paid plans. Each store location has its own stock levels, and you can transfer stock between them with a full record of the movement.

A waybill is a delivery note generated straight from an invoice, with the same items but no prices shown, meant for your dispatch or delivery staff. Open any invoice and generate one in a click.
